Will H1 Premium Processing be suspended this year?
Any indications available if USCIS will suspend premium processing this year (2018) ? I know that USCIS has already suspended it for 2019 Cap-subject petitions, but will there be a suspension for all cases like USCIS did last year?
Last year the notification came out in early March 2017 - i.e. notifying the suspension of premium processing for all H1 cases by April 2nd 2017 . Does the fact that there was no such notification this year indicate the premium processing will continue to exist for regular H1 cases ?
