I really tried to find some info online, but I'm not really good in understanding raw legal language.
I may shortly start H1b transfer process, but I also may need to leave US for couple of weeks. So my question is:
1. As an H1b visa holder can I enter US being unemployed? This is in case if I leave previous employer before getting my application approved?
2. If no, if I start H1b transfer process before I leave US, can I later enter US before my application is processed?
3. Or once I left US I can only return being legally employed and not being in the process of transfer?
