H4 drop box in Hyderabad taking long time
Hi,
My wife and daughter went to India and went for drop box for stamping.
Documents dropped: 20-Mar-2018
Received by CEAC: 21-Mar-2018
And there has not been any update, email or call since then and even today the status on website shows as "Administrative Process". My research shows most people get either approval or a call within a week, so I am very concerned and not sure what to do. Did anyone else has similar experience?
Note: They have overstayed beyond I94 date as my employer didn't file their H4. They left to India as soon as we realized that.
