query on H4-very very urgent-please help

Hi,

Iam sponsering H4 to my husband. Couple of days back my husband
went to consulate in chennai for H4 stamping. I sent all the req. documents.
I came to U.S in may 2005 on H1b. For first 3 months I was searching for job.
In september I took permanent position in virginia and H1b transfeed to this employer. Here the problem is my w2 form now shows my new employer and they put a query for my husband asking for w2 form for those 3 months for the old employer.
I have no idea what to do now.
Did you guys ever come accross this type of situation.?
Please help me.

You will have to prove to the consulate that if you did not receive any pay from the old employer, it was entirely their fault and that is the reason why you diligently moved on to seek another employment. What you will need to re-assert is that you have good salary now and that you can support the family. try to get supprting letters from present employer and client.
