Hi everyone,
I am currently working in a company A under the OPT. We sent out the application for the H1B visa a few days ago. What will happen if I decide to quit my current company for a company B? Obviously the petition will be cancelled but my questions are:
-Can my OPT be affected by this cancellation?
-Can my company legally sue me for this action?
-Can they legally ask me to reimburse the fees of the application (lawyers fees etc..)
