H1B Visa Transfer - Travelling to India
Hi Team,
I am with my Employer A on H1B and it is valid till Aug 2019. I have my paystubs till Feb 2018 end. Now i don't have projects and my employer is asking me to go back to India. Can we transfer the H1B being in India to some other employer? I can't be here as they cannot generate pay stubs for me, so i have to go back. How the process in this case will work. If some one explains it will be really helpful.
