Travel to India during H1B transfer and not having last 2 paystubs
Hi Team,
I am currently with Employer X and i am not in any project now. I was in project and i have pay stub till Feb 2018. Now my employer told me that it is better to go back to India and search from there and he also provided me an option that if i wants to go for fulltime, he can initiate the H1 transfer to whom so ever i am joining. My doubt is if i go to India now, will there be an issue while coming back at the POE. As my company is considering this like a vacation, i assume there won't be any issue while transferring. Suppose i get an full time opportunity and i have to join by May mid, can i re-enter US just with the transfer approval petition or how the process will. Let me know whether to travel back is better or staying here is better. If i stay here i will be having issues in showing the paystubs for the month of March and April
