DS-160 Spouse Address - H1B changed jobs - no permanent address

We are applying for H4 visa of spouse and I have recently switched job as well as location so living in a temporary accommodation for now. I am planning to go back to India for marriage and spouse's H4 interview and after coming back look for a place to live. I will still have the lease from my old accommodation where I used to work for my previous employer and my friend still lives there. So my question is what should we fill in the "Spouse's address" section of DS-160 - My Old accommodation address or my latest employer's address ? And I assume same address can be given for US contact information ?
