H1 B going to expire!!
Please help me guys. My H1B is going to expire in a month and I was sponsored by my parents who are US citizens IN 2001. I have not heard from the USCIS yet about the GC thing. What are my options now? Will I have to leave the country? If I have had H1b for 6 years now, is there anyway I apply for an extension? Please guide!!
