My Friend is on H1B.
He is working with one of the top MNC. Services companies. He had a small aggressive talk with client. Client escalated the matter and mostly my company will take disciplinary action which may result into layoff or written action mail.
What will be my options
Question 1
If he will go for a new job,
new company will come to know when they do background check or Everify ?
Question 2
Either of this will result into H1B transfer rejection?
Question 3
Very Important Question :
Is this data provided to central system or stays in individual company's database?
"This data may go to the employee record." What does that mean?
