H1B grace period without clarification

Hello all,

I got laid off on (03/19/2018) while being on H1B by my employer.

I do not have an approved I-140 petition.

What is my grace period for being "in status" to find a new job/wind up my things and leave?

Is it 30 days or 60 days?

I am giving interviews now and if I get an employment and the employer applies for H1B transfer should I have to go out and re enter the country with a new stamp to start working?

60 days after leaving work, or when your I-94 expires, whichever is earlier
