Amendment rejected - travel to india and coming back to US

I am in US. I filed H1B Amendment request while i was in India, it went to RFE and got rejected now. My original Petition is still valid till 2019
Amendment was raised just for Job Role Change. Client and Location is same for Original petition and Amendment petition.
Yet to get the denial letter from USCIS, currently I don't have any client or employer letter to work as per role in original petition

1. can I travel to India and come back to US as my Original petition is still Valid?

2. can my spouse and child with H4 travel to india and come back to US?

Dont worry, nobody is carrying record of yours having client letter right now or not.
They just checking you i797 is valid or not, validity of visa is there or not, and you are the person
who is coming on this passport for which they have fingerprints and other details matching.
