I have been wondering about ways to go from H4 to H1. I think getting a job from a non-cap employer is one way.
However, how do you find one? I feel like higher edu schools and Non profits won't want to spend money on a visa when you cannot start work right away.
Anyone has that experience or have heard of such experiences?
