RFE on Education Mismatch.. need inputs

Hi Friends,

I have a Bachelors degree in Mechanical engineering and 15+ yrs of IT experience. Got RFE for education mismatch.

Planning to reply with a "Credential evaluation of Education + Experience" along with exp letters and promotion letters.

Is this enough OR do i need to add something ? Do I need to get an expert opinion letter in addition to the evaluation ?
