Stick in Vancouver - 221G

My wife and I travelled to Vancouver to get our H4 / H1B visas stamped, but were handed a 221G. The only requested document was an updated resume, which I sent over immediately after the appointment.

Any idea how long this will take? Staying in Vancouver is not cheap. If anyone can share similar recent experiences, that will be great.
