Approved I-797C, in USA on L1

Hi,

I have Approved I-797C, my H1 was filled last year when i was in India. Last year, i traveled to US on my L1 VISA and i am in USA right now. My question is , if i want to move from L1 to H1 can i do that now , without stamping (H1)?

Yes you can file a COS from L1 to H1.
