I am on 60 days grace period until May 25, 2018 (already utilized almost 30days on grace). Employer "A" holds my visa and valid until Aug 2018 but i have resigned that employer.
Now, Employer B filled my H1 Transfer and i am joining them in a week. Meanwhile employer C is in process to file my visa transfer and i wanted to join C.
1. If I join B for a month and did not get any decision by the time, can i jump to C on receipt basis.
2. If I join B and get RFE, then move to C by asking B to withdraw my H1 or not respond to RFE. Is that valid move?
3. If I join B and after a month move to C without letting them know about B is still valid?
4. What are the best possible solution to move to C without jeopardize my given situation (less time on grace period)?
