Online Appointment Issue - Urgent

My company is trying to get an appointment for my wife for H4. Generally they get the actual interview date available within 2 weeks. But I was told that currently the online website has some problem and some times the available date is shown in month of November. I was told that this is a problem of the web site.
Is there any way to sort out this problem?
Can anyone tell me if I personally go to the VFS and ask for the appointment, would I get the interview date available within period of 2 weeks? I was told that my company has a BEP code through which you generally get the quick appointment. Is it true? Is there any way that I can get the appointment quickly.

I am also facing the same issue. I am trying to book an appointment for my wife as L-2. I see any available date but if I go to her application, I do not see that date....although it is still available....any issue with the site??
OR is there any preference given to H1/L1 candidates.

I have booked my appointment for L1 in august. I wish to have my wife appointment after a week of my appointment. Is it possible to do it and how?
