Hi,
I need your suggestions on my current situation.
My situation as below.
1. I came to USA in 2014 on H1B with Employer "A-COMP" and got my visa and I94 till Sept 30 2017. "A-COMP" applied my extention and got approved in Oct and valid till Jul 2020.
2. I got an offer from employer "B-COMP" in August 2017 and initiated my transfer, joined new employer B-COMP on H1-B Transfer receipt notice in sept 2017.
3. I was checking whether ex-employer A-COMP initiated REVOKE on my I-94/Petition, the status on the "EAC123" shows Correspondence was received in Oct 2017. I am assuming, it is a confirmation that A-COMP initiated revocation on previously extended I94. The ""EAC123 number is when A-COMP filed my I-94 extention.
4. I moved to new state to work for Employer "B-Comp". I applied Driving Licence in Nov-2017, DMV got legal status of mine from USICS and gave me the validity as per recent I-94 extended date(Jul-2020) which I earlier got from employer "A-Comp". However the correspondence request(Revocation) received from "A-COMP" is still under review.
5. Now I recieved an RFE on H1B transfer which was initiated by my new employer "B-COMP"
RFE on speciality occupation. I have 11 years of IT Experience and graduated in Computer Science Engineering. I am yet to submit Response.
I am preparing for the worst case(incase of H1B transfer denial). can you please help what options I have left with ?
1. Can I initiate another transfer to employer "C-COMP" (assuming I94 is valid till Jul 2020 which was extended by COMP-A and assuming Correspondence request still under review)
2. I have two more years left on H1-B max out-date. Is it possible to initiate new H1B transfer assuming there is no valid I94 in case of denial ?
3. what else options can I have?
