Dear All,
To file extension of H1B1, as per My attorney said, USCIS is likely going to have flag your extension due to the fact that your degree is not exactly on point with your position and also that you have many job duties reflective of that of a Computer Systems Analyst
My Graduation : BSC( MPC)
Masters : Computer Integrated Manufacturing
2 Years of NIIT education
Asking me to go to Singapore for H1B1 extension rather than applying through a USCIS filing .
Please help on this -
