H1 transfer approval without I94 after initial denial
Hi There
I got a H1 transfer approval without I94 recently. My H1 transfer was denied in January and my employer immediately applied a new petetion that is approved now without I94.
I got the approval now only till end of June.
I'm planning to go to India for stamping, But I see interview dates only in the first week of June. Is it okay to wait that long for interview? Do I need to immediately leave from US for stamping?
If I try to go for Visa stamping in Mexico, Is it a good option? Is it riskey?
please help in this.
