Hi,
I filed my h1 extension with eos for my wife. Due to some issues my employer amended my h1 with new application withdrawing previous one, which is approved got approval notice for both me n wife with new i94. But my employer did not withdraw previous h4 which we got denial notice because my previous h1 was withdrawn. There is a gap of exact 180 days between our old i94 and new approved i94.
Old i94 expired on 30 sep 2017
New i94 from mar 31st 2018 approved on apr 2
Recieved denial notice for old h4 on Apr 25th
Is there any issue with the approved visa and is my wife on legal status now? Please guide me.
