H-1B Validity Period and Multiple Visas

Hello,

I have few questions on my new H1B. Did any one come across this situation. Please help me out?

I am planning to travel INDIA next month and I don't have visa stamp for the current H-1B.
Current H1B expiry date : Sep-30-2018.

I have approved I-140. Now, I am planning apply H1B extension along with H4 & H4 EAD extension with same employer under premium processing.

Question1:
If they approved my new H1B, how they will give validity period.
I mean.. will they give starting period as the day they received the application? or regular OCT-01-2018?

Question2:
If they give validity period from OCT-01-2018 onwards, Can they issue two visas on based on two different H1B papers ( Same employer but two H1B papers with different validity )?

Question3:
If I stamp on my current H1B, visa will be expired SEP-30-2018 and I-94 will issue until SEP-30-2018. my new H1B I-94 will be not valid.
If I have new H1B papers with me, when I come from INDIA, Are they give I-94 based on new H1-B papers or based on visa stamp date?
