Hello,
I moved from H1B to L1 and never had H1 Stamped on my passport. But validity of my I-94 and New H1B is valid till 12/2020.
My wife and Son had H4 stamped and which was valid till 04/2018.
Now they traveling to India and as per visa interview scheduling website, they are eligible for drop box. And they ask to submit following documents
Step 1. Print one copy of the Confirmation Letter.
Step 2. Drop off your listed documents at one of our 11 Document Drop-Off locations.
Current passport and any old passports with a U.S. visa.
One photograph (per U.S. visa specification).
Photocopy of Principal Applicant's Form I-797.
Photocopy of Principal Applicant's previous or valid H-1B visa.
I have all documents except my Photocopy of Principal Applicant's previous or valid H-1B visa. I have my previous L1 visa stamped in old passport which I will be sending along with other documents.
Will it be still ok to use drop box and not schedule interview Anyone been in same situation?
