Hi,
I am holding approved H1B (not stamped). In 2016 it was amended for a higher role and was approved. Salary mentioned was above 100K. I did not travel though.
Now my company is amending it to a lower role and offering salary just above 75K. They want me to travel based on acknowledgment of amendment.
What are the chances of amendment reduction in this case?
Will USCIS look at previously approved petition?
