H4 Visa Stamping for 9 yrs old kid

Can I send my kid for H4 Visa Stamping who is 9 yrs old kid ?

I am single mom with on H1b and valid till Aug 2019, but filing for amendment for new project on EVC & End Client (Client is Implementation partner with End Client)

I want to send my kid for summer holidays to India

My Questions

Can my son go alone to stamping without me ?
Are they any chances to cancel Dropbox for him and will he be called for in person interview ?
Can he appear for H4 stamping with my H1b valid till Aug 2019 and new amendment receipt number ?
What are the chances for his stamping for H4 any risk or concerns should I worry for ? ( I hold a 3 yrs Non IT degree )
What happens if his work gets rejects ?


Planning to send to India June 3rd week.
