H1 Transfer while extension is pending

Hello all,
i have my H1 valid till june 30th 2018 and my extension is filed on feb 26th 2018 and have receipt # in my hand.

now i have an offer from the client for full time with them. in this scenario do i need to file transfer before june 30th 2018 or is it ok to file later june 30th as my extension is pending/filed already?

experts please suggest.
