H1B & H4 Stamping
Hi All,
I am currently working in H1B status and my Extension petition got approved recently till March 2019. I work in EVC model with layers in between. My wife will also travel with me and will come for stamping along with me. I have 2 questions:
1. My wife's H4 Visa extension petition is in progress with USCIS. Can she travel out of US?
2. If her H4 Visa extension is in progress, What documents does she need when she comes along with me for Visa Stamping?
