H1B Extension denied, I94 still valid - What is best option?

H1B Extension denied but I94 is valid till June

What is best option and have more chances of approval?
1. File another extension with same employer, by providing supporting document for denial?
1.a Normal Filing - So we get more time before next decision ? May approve or deny or again RFE?
1.b Premium Filing - So we get quick decision again ? May approve or deny or again RFE?

2. Find a new Job and get the H1B Transfer ? (In Premium)

3. What if current employer file another extension (Normal) and also I find a new job and start H1 transfer with new employer(Premium). Now both may be in parallel. is it going to create any problem for either case ?
