H1b amendment client change within same msa

Hi,

I was working for client A and applied h-1b extension and got approved till 2021, later i moved to client B with in 10 miles:

Question:
1. Is amendment required as mandatory OR NEW LCA is enough?
2. Without Amendment (But with new LCA for new client) can my family go for h4 Visa Stamping? Will there any issue ?
3. Event im planning to go India may be by Oct-2018, Am in good with new LCA and current Petition or Amendment required ?

Amendment is not required if you move to a different client which is in the radius of 30 miles from your previous client.
