VO said visa approved with but CEAC is showing Admin processing

I and my family were interviewed on Apr-26-2018 in New Delhi consulate for H1B and H4 Stamping. Visa officer said, "Visa is Approved", and we?ll get the passports in two weeks. But, I did not receive my passports till now, its more than 2 weeks now.

CEAC.state.gov is showing ?Admin Processing? and last updated status on the site is still Apr-26-2018.

I am really confused and do not understand the reason for ?admin processing?. Any one else facing the same issue?

I would give them a call and see what's going on personally.

I've called VFS multiple times. Also, they're saying passports are with the consulate, no one can interfere with that process. So please wait.
