Denied your Form I-129
Hi All,
Thank you in advance for all the replies .
When i queried(https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do) with my receipt number, I see a message as below :::
"On October xx, 2016, we denied your Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker, Receipt Number WAC1234567890. We mailed you a decision notice that explains why we denied your case and your options. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your denial notice by November XX, 2016, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address."
**** ** and i presume the consultancy firm did nothing. **** **** ****
Q1 - How do i know the case is closed correctly in all respects, as one of the consultancy firm is planning to file in 2019.
Q2 - Will it have any repercussions when, my application is filed again in 2019 ?
Q3 - Is there a way without involvement or approaching consultancy firm which filed my petition, i can get a "copy of the notice that explains why the case was denied."
Please help.
