H1 RFE on amended H1
Hi,
I am a long time reader, first time poster.
We did a H1B adjustment in December 2017 after my H1 extension was approved in October 2017. I am currently in my fourth H1B year. We did amend my H1B in preparation for a GC application and also to reflect my changed responsibilities.
I do not have the details of the RFE since my lawyer mostly talks to HR and doesn't send me the documents, but from I understand they are questioning my qualifications for the occupation. I have a business undergrad and MBA and I am currently working as IT System Admin in my company after starting out as a Business Analyst. I have extensive outside IT skills and certifications outside my university education. From what my lawyer tells me, the administration is increasing RFE right now and myself and my employer are very concerned. Should I try to obtain the RFE to get more details? What is your experience with those RFEs?
