Is H1B visa stamp valid for re-entry after employer change?
I have a valid H1B stamp in my passport from my ex-employer. I have an approved I-797 from my new employer. Do I need to get my stamping done if I leave the country? Can I re-enter United States using my previous employer's H1B stamp?
