Hi I?m on my 6th year of H1B and I requested my employer to apply for H1B recapture i.e. to reclaim my time which I spent outside the country. I am working as a web developer/ designer. My employer is saying since web developer is removed from h1b speciality occupation they could not file for h1b r capture even if they do it will get denied. Is it true ? Please I need suggestions. Thanks a lot!!
