Hello,
My wife in India from Jan 2018 and she will only come back to US next year 2019, but employer file her case as COS, In this situation what would happen to her case as she will be only coming back US next year.
1. Is there any way to convert COS to consular processing.
2. As it filed as COS at the first place what are the risks we will get in the future.Is it will affect H1B application petition for approval.
3. If H1B petition ot approved then where she has to go for Visa stamping as Consulate showing as blank (because of COS filing)
