H-1B Transfer Denial- Please suggest me options

I have H-1B approved with company A, filed a transfer at company B and joined after I got the I-797 receipt, but later got denied,
Can I now file a transfer with new Company C? if yes, is there anything I need to take care of?
or go back to company A (if they are willing to take me back) and continue working? if yes, is there anything I need to take care of?

Please provide me suggestions. Also let me know if there are any other options that I can consider.
