H1b picked up, applied for F1
Hi All,
I am caught in a situation. My employer told me that my H1b has been picked up in lottery. Couple of days back I dispatched my F1 application.
I am keen on studying. Questions are:
1)H1b petition having got picked up will it affect my F1 application.
2)If i ask my employer to withdraw the petition, will it be a mark on my future H1b applications (I am ready to justify and I have a valid reason though).
