H1B Transfer with Company B and Amendment is pending with company A

Hi

pls suggest me on below query

I have H-1B approved with company A till Nov2018 ,but Amendment is in process with Company A.
I got other project and filed a transfer at company B and joined after I got the I-797 receipt and i did premium processing.

My concerns is :

1) if new h1b transfer will get RFE or Denied then I can do continue work with previous company A ? if yes, is there anything I need to take care of it ?

Please provide me suggestions. Also let me know if there are any other options that I can consider.
