I have filed for H1B in year 2017 and the case was picked in lottery. Mine case was subjected to RFE which I responded and got confirmation of receive on 8th Dec 2017. My case is under California Service Center and I haven't got any status change since then or any requests for further information.Right now, CSC is processing case as of date 21st Dec, 2017 and i learned that i can e-request for case outside normal processing time. I would request you to please help me if it would be beneficial or what is the timeline involved in this e-request. Is there any chance that it may expedite the process. I will appreciate any information or help regarding this information.
