H1B petition revoked

Hello All

I had stamped H1B VISA from company A but hadn't travelled to US.
I changed my employer in Oct 2017 and joined company B .Now when check the status of my petition it shows revoked in Oct 2017.

Can you please clarify if I am eligible for for filling fresh petition from employer B under cap Exempt category.

Yes you can file for new petition and you are cap exempted.
