My H4 is expiring on jul 12, 2018 and I just got my H4 extension approved for 3 more years. I am also looking secure an admission for MS and am thinking of applying for F1 visa. If that?s the case can I be on:
a. Both F1 and H4 at the same time? if so do I need to get H4 visa stamped first and then apply for F1? Or just apply for F1 and get it stamped.
The idea here is to make sure I can retain my h4 and also study as a f1 student. Upon talking to my she mentioned that she did the same but in her case h4 visa was already stamped whereas i am in the tranistion phase (just renewed).
Please advise.
