Hi Experts,
Here is my situation -
I am currently looking for a job change, my current H1B is expiring on 30 June 2018, my current employer already filled for an extension.
1. Can i switch to a different employer before 30 June 2018,
2. Can i switch to a different employer after 30 June 2018 on the current receipt notice, assuming my extension is not approved.
I read something about the bridge petition, can you please share more detail on that, will that be applicable in #2, also what are the complications involved in both the cases and what are my chances.
