First Time H!B stamping--required documents
I am going for first time stamping soon, Can anyone please let me know what are the documents to be taken for the interview?
I got my H1 visa in oct'05 and started working from jan'06 and have paychecks till date. What is to be done if they ask for the delay in my work.
And should i show any documents for the delay?
During H1 interview do they ask any questions about my husband and his documents aswell?
Please give me ur advice.
