Hello,
Currently I am on F1 status graduated in May. Company A filed my H1b on general quota this year and my petition got picked in the lottery. Meanwhile I received a better offer from company B and now I am willing to join company B due to many reasons. Currently the status of my h1b is case was received. My questions are:
1. How much time will it take for my employer to file a withdrawal? Is my immigration status at risk here?
2. What if I join company B and company A doesn?t withdraw application till October 1st and my status is changed to h1 automatically? What happens then?
