This is the first time I went for h1b stamping.my petition is expiring on 31st July 2018
VO asked me the following questions
what is your current salary?
which state are you living in?
what is your highest qualification?
These are simple questions, I answered all of them and he asked me to provide the petition I797 and he looked in the system and told me to wait for 2 minutes.after that he called and told me that "not to worry I have taken photocopy of I797 and retaining your passport but I can't give timelines".
any idea how long this will take?
