Switch job roles internally (other office sites) before my already approved H1B start

I am currently on a F1 Visa and have my H1B visa approved this year. Can I switch roles internally within my company (jobs at other sites) between now and Oct 2018 (i.e. when my H1B visa starts) without affecting my already approved H1B visa

My company has multiple offices within the state, so I am wondering if I can switch to other roles within my company ? Will this affect my H1B visa in anyway?
