I have a question regarding transferring from H1B cap subject to exempt.
So I was selected in FY19 H1B lottery and am waiting for approval right now. If I got a new offer to work in a University and they would sponsor the exempt H1B after my cap subject H1B began, was the cap still available if I leave the University job and transfer to cap subject job in the future? Do I have to go through the lottery again?
