H4 Visa - to F1 Visa

Hi my fiance having H1B visa and working CA. Am also planning to go there by H4 visa. I am planning to do MS after when i go there and changing my visa into F1 is it possible to convert H4 to F1 without coming to India. In india I had 9 years woring experince in Channel sales suggest me to choose which course will more useful to my future carrer.

I have interest to study photography course if i did photography course if the oppurtunities is there is good?

Advice me.
