H1B petition about to expire

Hello Friends
My H1B petition is going to expire in one month, I have traveled to USA in 2016-17. I want to understand how the next onsite assignment should proceed since I have only 1 month left of my petition? How can I extend the Petition? Can we start premium processing? how much time requires for travel ready.
Someone please answer as i am very naive in this matter and in much hurry, I need to ask company immigration team with the proper terms.

Facing same problem

Even I have the same question. My I-797 application is also going to get expire in coming month and I am still in my native country . Any one please clarify .
